This is a placeholder Terms of Service for Pitch Seat. Before launch the final copy will cover: acceptable use of outbound email (CAN-SPAM + recipient opt-out honored automatically), ownership of user-created decks, license granted to Pitch Seat to render and serve them, and termination conditions.
